What specific data points does Layxo Canonical clean and enrich?
Our primary focus is on the mandatory legal data required by the new e-invoicing platforms (PDP/PPF). We verify, correct, and complete:
• Legal identifiers: SIRET and SIREN numbers (checking status: active/closed).
• VAT numbers: Intra-community VAT numbers (N° TVA Intracommunautaire).
• Addresses: Standardization of postal addresses to AFNOR/La Poste norms.

Why can't I just use my current data for the new e-invoicing platforms?
The new French e-invoicing system requires structured data exchange. If a SIRET number is missing, or if an address doesn't match the official registry, the platform (PDP) will automatically reject the invoice. Unlike sending a PDF via email, there is no human on the other side to "figure it out." Dirty data means blocked payments.
Is my customer data secure and GDPR compliant?

We do not store your data longer than necessary for the cleaning process, and all data transfer is encrypted. We act as a data processor solely to verify public B2B information.
What happens if a company I invoice goes out of business?
Our verification process checks the status of the company (Active vs. Cesated/Closed) in real-time against official registries. We flag closed businesses immediately so you don't waste time issuing invoices to entities that no longer legally exist.
My database is very old and missing a lot of information. Can you still fix it?
Yes. This is exactly what Layxo Canonical is built for. We specialize in taking "sparse" data where you might only have a company name or an old email, and cross-referencing it with official government databases (like INSEE, Infogreffe...). We fill in the blanks to turn a partial record into a complete, compliant customer profile.
How does Layxo Canonical integrate with my current software?
We are designed to be agnostic. Whether you use a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), an ERP (SAP, Sage, Cegid), or a custom accounting solution, we can process your data.
